Intellix Edge provides an AI-powered business intelligence platform that allows users to connect various data sources, analyze business data, and generate insights through natural language queries.

We may update, modify, or enhance the Services at any time. We may also add or remove functionalities or features, and we may suspend or stop providing the Services altogether.

While we strive to provide accurate and reliable information through our Services, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information provided. You acknowledge that any reliance on such information is at your own risk.

To access certain features of the Services, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

You are solely responsible for:

• Ensuring that your use of the Services complies with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations
• Obtaining and maintaining any equipment or ancillary services needed to connect to or access the Services
• Ensuring the security of your account and password
• Any data or content you input into the Services
• Any activities conducted through your account

You agree not to use the Services to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the rights of others
• Distribute malware or other harmful code
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers or networks connected to the Services

The Services and all content, features, and functionality thereof, including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, audio, design, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof, are owned by Intellix Edge, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for your internal business purposes.

You retain all rights to your data that you upload, submit, or otherwise make available through the Services. By uploading, submitting, or otherwise making available any data through the Services, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy, process, adapt, modify, publish, transmit, display, and distribute such data for the purpose of providing and improving the Services.

You represent and warrant that you have all rights, permissions, and consents necessary to grant the rights in this section and that your data does not violate any rights of any third party or any applicable law or regulation.

Our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms, explains how we collect, use, and disclose information from and about you when you use the Services. By using the Services, you consent to our collection, use, and disclosure of information as described in our Privacy Policy.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized or unlawful processing, accidental loss, destruction, or damage. You acknowledge that:

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, INTELLIX EDGE AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, PARTNERS, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES
• ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICES
• ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICES
• UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU, IF ANY, FOR ACCESSING THE SERVICES DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE DATE OF THE CLAIM.

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES OR THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR CERTAIN TYPES OF DAMAGES. ACCORDINGLY, SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

We may terminate or suspend your access to all or part of the Services, without notice, for any conduct that we, in our sole discretion, believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the Services, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@intellixedge.com.

Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Services will immediately cease
• We may delete or archive your data in accordance with our data retention policies
• All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association's rules for commercial arbitration. The arbitration shall be conducted in English and shall take place in Delaware or another location mutually agreed upon by the parties.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, we may seek injunctive or other equitable relief to protect our intellectual property rights in any court of competent jurisdiction.

ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES MUST BE FILED WITHIN ONE YEAR AFTER SUCH CLAIM AROSE; OTHERWISE, THE CLAIM IS PERMANENTLY BARRED.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "last updated" date at the top of these Terms.

Your continued use of the Services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you must stop using the Services.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes. We encourage you to check this page frequently for any changes to these Terms.
